Cycle
Cycling continues to be a low to no impact option that can be customized to suit and benefit so many populations from athletes, youth to older adults. Sessions can include but are not limited to:
- Rhythm & Ride – motivational drills and skills based in musicality

Drumming Fit
The wealth of drumming-based research provides the foundations for creating an effective workout option that can inspire even the most hesitant exerciser! In this session, learn how you can easily adapt and include drumming classes or segments in your programs with a broad range of options for formats and equipment. You will discover how you can use existing equipment or simply chairs to deliver a fun-filled workout easily customized to your group with music and mood.

EQ FOR FUNCTION
In this session, we focus on the most effective use of Lebert Equalizers in a variety of class components including cardio, muscle conditioning, core, BARRE and fusion formats. Join us to refresh your EQ exercise choices so that you can maximize the use of this versatile tool and give participants the best possible workout experience.

REP INTENSITY
REP Intensity is a barbell-based strength program that provides the training principles and impact of the weight room with the rhythm and motivation of group exercise. This exciting format provide instructors with class structures and formula options that allow them to use existing barbells (or equipment) and knowledge while maintaining a consistent training routine that builds confidence and self-efficacy.

STEP IT UP
Step workouts are cool again, and experiencing a resurgence, it’s fun, gets the job done because the step is a versatile piece of equipment.
This workshop covers everything necessary for the new instructor looking to add Step to their line up or the seasoned veteran looking for a refresh.
The key to success in step is to learn to teach simple choreography that new exercisers can follow, but also build on the basics to add challenge. With this format you can capture all levels of abilities and age in one workout. Learn how to create 32 count blocks of choreography that flow, add inspiration with easy-to-follow cuing to create a fun, energizing, yet engaging workout for all.
