We ship via Canada Post. Once your order is processed and shipped, your will receive an email notification with the Canada Post Tracking Number and expected date of delivery.

INVENTORY LEVELS BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, we will place that item on backorder, and will ship all other item(s). When the item is back in stock we ship direct to you with no additional shipping charges. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items: At times, we may offer discounted pricing for a new product coming to our shop. Upcoming products listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, we will ship what is in stock and will ship any pre-ordered items once they are received in our warehouses.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Due to the COVID Pandemic, there are no returns on any products in our store that have been opened and are not in the sealed packaging it came in.
If you ordered the wrong product and it has not been opened and you need to return, , kindly email us at [email protected] with your details and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST/HST.
U.S /International Orders - FMG only ships within Canada.
