Roxanne is a fitness leader, Yoga and Zumba instructor certified through Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation; Maureen Rae's FTYTT and ZIN. She has led classes for the past 16 years in everything from aerobics, pilates, yoga, learn to run, boot camps, team dryland training, Zumba and kickboxing. Bender Ball was added to the repertoire several years ago and incorporated into most classes. Participants love the efficiency, portability and results! Roxanne is also a past Primary Care Paramedic with a broad knowledge of front line health care and anatomy. She is an avid long distance runner with her sights set on ultra marathons. She is a streaker--not the naked kind--but has been on a running streak that began in 2009. All who have participated in Roxanne's classes love her for her energy, inspiring approach to group fitness, passion and leave with a new found motivation and sense of empowerment.
