Joelle has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 21 years. Her enthusiasm and dynamic style touch many aspects of fitness - from Canadian Aerobic Champion and World Aerobic competitor, holding a total of 4 medals to becoming part International presenting team for Gymstick.

Joelle is the Head Canadian Master Fitness trainer for Gymstick International and part of the World Gymstick team, representing Canada. She is in charge of all educational program development for all Gymstick programs and presenting teams for Gymstick in Canada and the US. Joelle has also been appointed Master trainer for Bender Ball, leading and training instructors throughout Canada.

She has been an fitness presenter who has been educating instructors internationally since 1995, She has presenter at some of the world’s most prestigious venues such as  the Festival del Fitness in Florence Italy, the Rimini Wellness Expo both of these being some of the World's biggest fitness conventions. As well as ECA in Miami.

Joelle is also an advisory board member at Champlain College in St-Lambert in Sports Marketing management.

She is known for her infectious enthusiasm, polished technical skills guarantee dynamic and creative presentations that encompass many aspects of fitness. Her vast range of industry experience is both extensive and diverse giving her presentations a solid base in educational content with a strong focus on application.

Joelle also owns Frenzy Fitness, a fitness consulting company that corporate wellness services and well as personnel training, instructor training and development as well as fitness club program development. She has implemented from scratch many hugely successful and progressive aerobic programs in Montreal.  She is a much sought after personal trainer and has also been a part of numerous TV, print and newspaper spots as well as being a fitness author for numerous newspapers in Italy, Canada and in the US.
