Workshop Description
THE AGELESS ATHLETE

Do you feel ready to tackle a new sport or are you busy taking activities off your list because you “don’t do that any more”?  Today’s fastest growing sport is pickleball, and it was created for old people to still sort of play tennis !!  Let’s explore the physiology and psychology of aging to determine how to use our body wisdom and ageless attitude to build a more responsive athletic body that is capable of pursuing sport with enthusiasm and excitement.  You will leave with a ‘how to be ageless’ roadmap and practical exercises to build body awareness, fascial lengthening, whole body strength and an empowered mindset to truly be an ageless athlete.

Janice Hutton

Janice has extensive experience as an educator and practitioner in health, fitness, sport, and personal empowerment coaching.  Her career to date has included coaching elite athletes; developing world class fitness + sport certification curriculum for professionals; managing a luxury fitness club; being a professor at the university and college level; training clients; teaching group exercise and supporting others as an empowerment coach.  As a veteran leader in the health and fitness industry, Janice thrives on sharing her wisdom and her passion for innovation with all professionals.
