Whether you teach 30-45-60 minutes Tabata GX provides a plug and play patterning principle that takes into account every aspect of work to rest ratio and timing knowledge.

This workout uses multiple research based HIIT times and active recovery options

  • 20-10 Tabata Timing
  • 40-30-20 Progressive HIIT 
  • 30-20-10 Progressive HIIT 

You will learn how to structure a group workout that includes the following

  • A Warm-up
  • Progressive HIIT sequences
  • 20-10 with Max Interval, Mixed Interval an optional Quickies round
  • Games - group or partner
  • Cool Down
