Judi has been in the fitness industry for 18 years. Originally training in the UK, she moved to Canada in 2002.
She is a group fitness instructor and teaches a variety of classes including: Cardio Pump, Hi Lo, Step, Bootcamp, Fusion (pilates/yoga mix), Older adult programs, Bone Fit and Aquatics.
She has been a Tabata Bootcamp™ instructor for almost 3 years. Running her own Tabata Bootcamp™ business in a local community centre. She offers lunchtime and evening bootcamps.
She has a passion for encouraging people on their fitness journey and enjoys seeing her clients progressing into things that they never thought possible!
